From the time of car pickup to the return, the staff were not proactive. I had to call multiple times to find out the location for the car handover. I contacted them via WeChat a day or two before departure, but received no response.

The car is in tip top condition. The pick up was very smooth. The dealer is very friendly. Instructions are very clear. Handover process is exceptionally great.

Provide coupon and discount for each booking. At least 10% off is the start-up position of discount for each booking.

Like: Pickup was fast and efficient. No long waits or etc. Everything has been pre-filled and basically had to just pick up the car.
Dislike: The person there was English illiterate. So communication was a bit of a barrier. They really need to improve on that. Not everyone in this world speak or read Chinese.
