The wait time to get the car ready and the unwillingness of the counter staff to give the cost break-up & answer my queries around cost was the only downside. If I remember correctly the delay was because they were fixing tyre puncture. Rest was all good, the car condition, cleanliness and pickup drop location.

Three months after returning the car, I suddenly received two charges, each 90 euros. I have no idea what these charges are for (I can guess it might be for violations or something similar, but there was no notification), and I don’t know if there will be more charges in the future. The company managed to keep deducting fees even after refunding the deposit. The entire process with Zuzuche felt utterly useless—they couldn’t answer any questions or resolve any issues. If I choose to rent through this platform, shouldn’t communication and reminders be properly handled? If it’s related to traffic violations, isn’t it Zuzuche’s responsibility to inform me? Otherwise, why would I rent here? Why not go directly to the official website? I will neither rent from this company again nor use Zuzuche in the future. If they continue deducting money, I will report them to the authorities.
When renting, they greeted us with a smile and said they could help with any issues. However, when a problem actually arose, they said they do not provide that service and charged an additional service fee starting from 100 euros.
The service from the staff was excellent. We had six checked bags, two carry-ons, and two backpacks. The staff helped us load them into the rental car and also assisted with unloading them when we returned the car, even taking them to the shuttle back to the airport. It's a good idea to have some small gifts or cash for tips ready.
