Instead of authorizing on the credit card, they directly deducted over $300 as a deposit, which caused later issues when the company denied refunding the deposit. It's been over two months since returning the car. The company confirmed one and a half months ago that the deposit could be refunded, but the money hasn't been returned to my account. Customer service said two weeks ago that the company had transferred the money, but today they changed their statement, saying the transfer was made just yesterday. The car rental company does not provide proof of the transfer. Overall, it has been over two months since returning the car and the deposit is still not refunded. Their responses are contradictory, and there seems to be some dishonesty involved. Another detail, the car inspection on return was the most meticulous I've ever seen, as if they were using a magnifying glass. This does not feel like the style of an international chain but more like a small local business. Tips: This company requires you to wash the car before returning it, otherwise, you have to pay ten dollars for the service. I do not recommend renting from this company in Uzbekistan, the experience was extremely poor.
