Hertz was the earliest opening car rental company. I chose it because I had an early flight, and their service was excellent. Picking up and returning the car was very convenient, and the staff was very friendly. I booked a Cruze but received a Corolla.
The service desk is located in a building right outside the airport. Present your order, complete the paperwork, and take the keys. The staff will inform you of the parking spot, and it’s a 5-minute walk to the parking lot.
The pickup and drop-off process is very convenient, and the staff are friendly. It would be even better if they offered Chinese language services. However, the car condition is average, with many scratches on the exterior and a noticeable odor inside.
