Very satisfied. They offer a free second driver, have a warm and personable attitude, and are easy to communicate with. The vehicles are mostly economy class. The owner is a young Hungarian entrepreneur who is very considerate of his customers.
The staff greeted us with smiles when we rented the car, and they were willing to help with any issues. However, when problems actually arose, they said those services were not provided and we'd need to pay an extra service fee starting at 100 euros.
