If we use the car for only three hours on the last day but still have to pay for a full day, why can't we pick it up early? 2. We didn't get the car because we only had an international driver's license without the original license. I've rented long term from Hertz's official website for the past four years with just an international driver's license for trips over four weeks each time. This year, renting through Zuzuche, the counter refused to give us the car and even denied a refund. Moving forward, we will blacklist both your company and Hertz.

When picking up the car, I was informed that it hadn't been returned yet, so we had to wait around 2 hours.
