Very satisfied

After completing the car rental formalities at Narita Airport Terminal 2, we waited for almost half an hour before a vehicle was sent to take us to the nearby branch to collect the car. It turns out they wait for a group of renters to complete their paperwork before dispatching the shuttle. I recommend keeping this in mind when planning your schedule.

I didn't have to queue when picking up the car. I got an upgrade to the second model, and the staff were very friendly, patient, and clear in their explanations, always with a smile! Highly recommended!

Service was quick, but communication in English was difficult

The car is in a very good condition, GPS is very easy to use. The staff who took care of us when we picked up the cat at the airport is very very lovely. We really appreciate her assistance, she is very detailed oriented, we learned everything we need to know! Thanks!
