The car pickup process was generally smooth, communication was relatively clear. They recommended half-tank and full-tank packages, claiming the fuel prices were cheaper than outside. However, considering we didn't drive much, we didn't take any. No additional insurance or upgraded vehicles were suggested. The car return was very convenient; basically, it was just park the car, hand over the keys, and leave. Overall, the car rental experience was good.
The staff handled things quickly, but the car given had some dents that weren't repaired, lacked parking sensors and a rearview camera, and wasn't very clean—probably just returned by the previous user. The condition was much worse compared to a rental we had in Melbourne for a similar price, which is disappointing. You also need to report the mileage when returning the car, which is more complicated than returning in Melbourne.
