Hertz was the earliest opening car rental company. I chose it because I had an early flight, and their service was excellent. Picking up and returning the car was very convenient, and the staff was very friendly. I booked a Cruze but received a Corolla.
The service desk is located in a building right outside the airport. Present your order, complete the paperwork, and take the keys. The staff will inform you of the parking spot, and it’s a 5-minute walk to the parking lot.
The staff at the Melbourne airport branch were very enthusiastic and patient. They answered every question carefully and were very friendly. The staff at the Hobart airport branch seemed a bit impatient, but overall, it was still good.
