They added additional insurance without confirming with the customer, and the charges were unclear and inconsistent with the rental platform.

The contract wasn't in English, so we could only roughly understand it by looking at the prices. There were 4 of us, but they counted each of us as separate additions, so we ended up paying for insurance for 4 drivers. Overall, they didn’t explain things clearly.

Poor service. When we returned the car, we showed them the penalty ticket and asked if anything needed to be done. They said there was no problem, but later they brought up the ticket again and charged a service fee without helping to resolve it. I've never seen such a terrible company.

There is a huge difference in car models.
