The office in downtown Kuala Lumpur is kinda tricky to locate. It's just a small desk at the lift lobby. The number provided took many attempts to get through. But the good rates offset the hassle.

We arrived an hour late to pick up the car, and the store had no cars left, so we had to wait for an hour for a car to be brought over. The car had high mileage and poor condition, with the generator warning light on. The store staff said it was fine to drive. We asked for a replacement, but they said none was available. We had no choice but to use this car.
Overall very satisfied. The staff who attended to us were responsible, enthusiastic, and helpful. They communicated with us patiently and had high professional qualities. My first car rental experience abroad was smooth!
The car is the cheapest one I could find. The condition is not 5 stars but very well for +/- 100km journey. The aircond condition is very good. I suppose the car is less than 4 years, looking at reg number. Paradise already prepared parkg spot for drop off. Very easy
