From Germany to Czech Republic, then to Austria, Switzerland, and back to Germany - a perfect four-c

Scam company. I rented a car for two days, and the bill shows I exceeded the mileage by 17,769 kilometers. They even sent me a bill asking for 8000 euros. They directly deducted my 300-euro deposit. I'm currently disputing this. Hopefully, the platform will support me.

Incapable, poor service.

Every time I rent a car, the model I need is never available. They always ask customers to pay more for an upgrade. No refunds for downgrades either, totally unfair policies. I suggest blacklisting Europcar.

I was two and a half hours late to pick up the car and was told the vehicle was no longer available. Communication with customer service was unhelpful (they said it was my fault for not reading the rental terms). I had to negotiate with the car rental company myself, and they finally resolved it (originally rented at Terminal 2, but they contacted Terminal 1 where a car was available).

I brought the required documents and prepaid the rental, but they refused to give me the car. This made my travel in Germany very inconvenient.
