A Perfect European Road Trip

The queue was very slow and the service attitude was stiff. The only pleasant surprise was a free upgrade to a Jaguar XF, and this car had only 7000+ kilometers on it. Picking up the car was quite smooth once we got the keys at the counter.

Every time I rent a car, the model I need is never available. They always ask customers to pay more for an upgrade. No refunds for downgrades either, totally unfair policies. I suggest blacklisting Europcar.

Everything was great, but the actual provided vehicle was a Peugeot 508 weekend version, which is less spacious than the originally booked Touran.
