The car was old and vastly different from the same category models. The address and phone number provided were incorrect, making communication extremely inconvenient. Their cars are not suitable for self-driving tours.
Like: Outstanding friendly service. Staff went way beyond their call for duty. Stretched their services to such a great extent to accommodate our demands. Free upgrade of vehicle, free extended after hours return, offered us friendly personal advice and travel tips. Overlooked a small scratch without charging us extra. Highly recommend. Dislike: A short delay in picking up but no worries at all.
