The rental company's phone line was completely unreachable, both at the pick-up and drop-off locations. On top of that, we rented two cars but were missing one, and they expected us to find a way to the city to pick it up. Do you think that's fair?
When we arrived at the rental company, they were missing a car for us and handled our situation with a very negative attitude. It took us several hours as we had to call customer service, and we still had to find another car to take us to the hotel. Also, prior calls to confirm were completely unresponsive.
