The staff's service attitude was excellent and very patient, thumbs up! However, when I picked up the car, I found the cleanliness of the vehicle to be quite poor, much worse than Sixt. There was a lot of dust around the windows, dirt in the central storage compartment, and a thick, curly hair stuck in the cigarette lighter. That was quite gross!
Communication was smooth, showed them the QEEQ full insurance document and they didn't try to upsell.
