This is a small company. I had to return the car at 5:30, and no other companies provided a quote, which made me anxious. However, two things touched me: 1. This was the first of four car rental companies on my trip to Australia. When I arrived at the company, I realized I had forgotten my driver's license. I was devastated, thinking about how I would manage for the next 20 days in Australia. But as soon as he heard I had a notarization document, he immediately said it was OK. It felt like a gift from heaven! Small companies can be more reliable!
