Complaint about Hertz overcharging and downgrading the car model: 1. The rental cost on Zuzuche was 238 euros, including car rental, one-way fee, and taxes. When we arrived in Frankfurt, the Mercedes 8-seater we reserved was unavailable, and they insisted on giving us a Ford 7-seater instead. We had eight people, how could we all fit?
