About Europcar:9.0/10
Call centre staffed in Philippines - no idea of local operation in Brisbane or vehicles etc... reluctant to transfer to local office.
Call centre advised that desk would be open til midnight as my flight was delayed. However internaltional desk was not staffed and had to go all the way to domestic terminal to collect car which added over 60mins. Wish I was told this could happen in advance.

The service of counter staff might differ from travel high/off-season for the understaffed. Well forward it to our supplier and keep up improving it. Any inquiries, please feel free to contact us.

It was busy at the counter but staff were quick to try and sort people out. We paid for a sat nav as extra with them and it was pretty useless and we relied on our phone for maps the whole trip. otber than that all smooth.
