Did not have booking. Then asked for cash and later wanted credit card details. Did not use this service

No shuttle or Euro Staff at the airport to pick us up from the airport to the rental location. Did not Fiji local sim so it took a while to get that sorted. Once, I got there, the car was not ready for pick up. They said 7 mins but it took 30-60 mins to get the car.
Customer service was poor at pick up. Will not book though Eurocar again.
