Overall experience is good but rental company response need to improve

The overall experience was excellent. Shiying was very enthusiastic and answered all questions. Harry explained the traffic rules very patiently and thoroughly!

空港での車の受け渡し時に携帯電話の通信が上手く行かずに上手くチャットでやり取り出来なかったが、なんとか係の方と引き合いが出来て無事に受け渡しできました。 返却について、空港で無くホテル で返却しましたが全く問題ありませんでした。

Car was old, dirty and not fully fuelled. Very unhappy.

I found out that the car involved in a car accident before, and the engine warning light on the dashboard was constantly turned ON. I was so worried that the car may break down somewhere during the trip, but it didn't. I contacted Sea Safari, and they claimed and assured me that they have the car sent to check and maintenance periodically, and there is nothing to worry.

First time on this platform, very convenient.

I contract them and they already got the car ready outside Airport.

Easy access.
