Waiting too long for a car. Booked Golf, first walked towards pickup and given Insignia w/o warning notice, than waited for Golf. Car was poorly equipped for price. CDW credit card deposit extremely expensive for such a car.

Although the document inspection was thorough, the overall service was quite good, all the staff were young guys. The biggest dissatisfaction was the car being too dirty inside. Additionally, during the car pick-up inspection, there was an existing damage that wasn't listed on my form, which made me worry during return, but fortunately they had it registered in their system.
