この度は大変お世話になりました。次にお願いする際には安心して借りられる評価の高い有名な会社の車をお願いしようと思います。
非対人鍵なしのレンタカーと言う事を知らずに予約しました。アプリを自分の携帯にダウンロードし、その中に必要書類を登録。その後、車の所在地を写真付きで送られてくるのでその場まで自力で探し足を運び鍵を開け乗車。 有料のパーキングに駐車してあるので手続きに時間はかけない方がいい。 更に携帯操作に自信のない方はこの会社と契約しないほうがいい。 そして、レンタル中は携帯で全て操作するので充電が無くならないように気をつけなくてはいけない。 観光地の殆どの駐車場は鍵がないと預かり拒否されるので路上駐車を選択しなくてはなりません。 路上駐車はぶつけられるリスクが高く危ないので避けた方がいいと思いますが、やむを得ず駐車してかすり傷をつけられてしまいましたが720EURの請求がきました。 そしてアプリをダウンロードした携帯を車中に半日置いておくとバッテリーが上がり動かなくなります。 車内の緊急ボタンも反応しません。 車の取扱説明書や契約書等も車中にありません。 やっと連絡がとれたとしても不親切な対応でした。とても不愉快なスタッフです。値段が安いからと安易に申し込み契約をしてしまうと後からの請求額に驚きます。もうこの会社で借りようとは思いません。

Painfully frustrating at times, some contact other than ‘please review’ us would be helpful.
The blue tooth was a nightmare. Glad it wasn’t raining. Tried to contact Liigu about this, no reply. No contact now and dropped car off 3 days ago. Should have received all ok message. Not aware you held my deposit for 2 months, not clear on booking

Great car, good tech system, never Liigu again.
Liigu are charging me €345 for a chipped windscreen. This absolutely did not occur whilst we had the car. The ridiculous expectation is that the customer should photograph every angle/panel/glass on the car to prove their innocence. I have zero-excess insurance, but it’s the principle of withholding the huge excess payment for extortion/stealing it if you don’t provide photographic evidence. Utterly disgusting company I will never deal with again.

had problems with wi-fi and bluetooth. lost it in parkade at pickup. was told to move the car to outside building which lost wi-fi and bluetooth. first day was very frustrating until we found wi-fi and bluetooth. had to call Liigu on several occasions to either or unlock the vehicle for us. upon returning the vehicle we encountered an overloaded parkade at the Hilton and spent extreme amount of time waiting for someone to leave for a parking spot.

unrelable tech to unlock car
Using Bluetooth on our phone a to lock and unlock the car was a problem as the system occasionally gave an error message and failed to work. The lack of a physical counter or a single point of phone contact to deal the problems we encountered was also very frustrating.
