FROM ARRIVAL HALL, TAKE THE ELEVATOR (LIFT) ON THE RIGHT DOWN TO LEVEL 2, THEN USE THE ‘WALKALATOR’ TO CARPARK BLOCK C AND CONTINUE ON TO CARPARK BLOCK D. Picked up the car at Kuala Lumpur AirAsia terminal. The pickup location was not clearly marked; we had to ask the terminal staff to find it. Not sure if the problem was with the car rental company or the car rental platform, but when we got to the office, we were told the pickup point was elsewhere. However, they offered to deliver the car for free, which took about half an hour. The car had over 30,000 kilometers on it, which was acceptable. The process was very simple, and after inspection, we quickly drove off. The return instructions were very clear, and the return process was very quick, taking about 2 minutes. Overall, I am satisfied.
