If the request is confirmed, the customer must provide their credit card information (number, expiration date, security code) to secure the permit. If renters cancel the cross-border request less than 48 working hours before the pick-up date and time, an administrative fee will be charged to their credit card, and the amount of the fee will be the same as the cross-border fee. Notes: Only for rentals with a minimum of 6 consecutive days for car groups G (SGMR) and N (FPMR). Rio Grande and Ushuaia are on an island that shares a border with Chile. To cross to this island portion of Argentina, roads travel through Chile. Only for rentals with a minimum of 6 consecutive days. A border permit is required the cost is 250,000.00 ARP (taxes included).
