Drop-off Instructions

When you return the car outside the opening hours of the rental location; you have to park the vehicle on an Enterprise-National assigned parking space in "Parking Centrum Oosterdok" (address: Oosterdoksstraat 150, 1011DK Amsterdam). Leave the parking ticket on the dashboard and lock the vehicle. Accordingly handover the car key to the Parking Manager. The Parking Manager's office is located at the entrance/exit of the parking facility.

Driver's License Requirements

Andorra, Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Gibraltar, Italy, Ireland, Liechtenstein, Luxembourg, Monaco, Portugal, The Republic of San Marino, Spain, Switzerland, United Kingdom, Vatican City State, Norway, Sweden

Any islands are excluded from cross border travels. Travels to Norway and Sweden are only permitted between 1st May and 30th September.

The car did not match the one we reserved, we were forced to buy additional insurance, and the deposit, which was supposed to be refunded in three days, has not been returned yet.
