Unrestricted driving within Mexico. Rentals originating from Tijuana, Mexicali, Hermosillo, Monterrey and Saltillo are permitted to cross U.S. border. Mexico insurance is required to drive into Mexico, and can be purchased at this location. Customer must purchase an extension of liability protection to cross the border into the U.S. at US$ 10.00 per day -this amount provides TPL up to US$ 100,000.00 , PAI for the passengers up to US$ 2,000.00 per person and up to US$ 10,000.00 per accident. Highly recommend. I booked online, went in to pick up car and was informed of my options without feeling pushed into upgrading anything. Staff was nice and professional, the whole process was easy and quick. Had no problems at all, would definitely return here for future rentals.
