You can walk to the counter of Enterprise - Copenhagen Airport car rental.

When arriving, exit the arrivals hall and follow the airport signs for shuttle bus and take the shuttle bus assigned to Car Rental Centre. The shuttle bus stop by Terminal 3 is located at Ellehammersvej 20, just outside Clarion Hotel, the shuttle bus stop by Terminal 2 is located just outside the terminal entrance.

Drop-off Instructions

Please return the car to the car rental center of the airport, and then take the shuttle bus to the terminal. If you want to pick up or drop off the car outside the business hours, please contact the branch in advance.

It was okay. The car rental area at Copenhagen Airport is quite large and the process is very procedural. You have to find the car yourself using a parking map. I had never experienced this before, and it was a bit confusing at first.

The rental and return guy was very handsome, efficient, and provided detailed explanations. For ETC, we recommend following his advice to rent one. In Denmark, Sweden, and Norway, there are many automatic tolls. Without ETC, you'll have to avoid toll roads entirely.
