International Arrivals > WindyCar Office Transportation： Our WindyCar office is located in the domestic arrivals area. If you have arrived from international arrivals, after collecting your baggage, follow the signs and proceed to the domestic arrivals area. Once you reach the domestic arrivals area, you will find our WindyCar office in the same area. Domestic Arrivals > WindyCar Office Transportation： Our WindyCar office is located in the domestic arrivals area. After collecting your baggage, proceed to the domestic arrivals area without exiting the terminal, and you will find our WindyCar office there. WindyCar Office > WindyCar Parking Area Transportation： After completing paperwork, computer records, and other necessary procedures at our office in the domestic arrivals area, Exit through Gate B and proceed to the bridge across the road (using the elevator or escalators). Once on the bridge, take the elevator at the end of the bridge to the ground floor (level 0). After reaching the ground floor, our WindyCar Parking Office is the third office on the right.

Drop-off Instructions

Return of Rental Car > WindyCar Parking Area Transportation： After entering Adnan Menderes Airport, proceed towards the domestic arrivals area. As you approach the junction between Domestic Arrivals and Departures, you will see a "Car Rental" parking sign on the left side. Follow the directions to this area. To enter the rental car parking area, scan the vehicle registration document at the electronic reader to open the parking barrier. Once the barrier opens, proceed to the ground floor of the building. The WindyCar office is located between lanes 0 and 6. Follow the signage to reach our parking area.

I reserved Hyundai i20 or similar, automatic transmission, got Nissan Micra with automatic transmission. Nissan Micra was superb. A little, lively car that had no problem fighting the crazy steep highway hills in southwest Turkey. The car was in a good condition and the person who handed it over to me checked with me on all scratches beforehand and reported them in a protocol. The drop-off was smooth and fast.

When we arrived at the store to pick up the car, we were told that the car we had reserved was not available. This made us really anxious. We couldn't reach customer service, and we were getting desperate. Fortunately, the store helped us find another company that had the car we needed, which saved us. The service of the rental company was very poor for an overseas rental. The online chatbot couldn't solve the problems we encountered, the human customer service didn't respond, and the phone line was not working. Moreover, the price was higher than at the store. Such a car rental company is not reliable.
