Pick-up Instructions

Shuttle service available anywhere on Disney World Resort property. Call ahead to schedule pick up service. Upon arriving at National, proceed to the counter to obtain your rental agreement and vehicle keys.

Drop-off Instructions

After Hours: Monday - Friday 8:00 PM - 6:00 AM, Saturday - Sunday 6:00 PM - 6:00 AM Remove all belonging and lock all doors. Place keys in the National return drop box.
