Follow directional signage along the CLT roadways toward the Hourly Parking Deck. Drive past the Hourly Parking Deck entrance on your left and take the next entrance immediately to your left directing you toward Rental Car Returns. Follow signage to your specific rental company’s return area within the Deck. Once the process of returning your car is complete, use the elevators or escalators on the south side of the Deck and proceed to the Level 2 lobby. Exit the building through one of the covered walkways off the Level 2 lobby. Proceed directly across the shuttle/bus and car lanes via crosswalk and enter the terminal on the lower level (Arrivals/Baggage Claim). Once inside, take the elevator or escalator to the upper level (Departures/Ticketing).
