After picking up your luggage, without leaving the terminal, turn left and continue walking until you reach exit number 6. Once you exit the building, walk straight ahead, crossing the pedestrian crossing, and keep going straight to the end. Continue along the paved path and pass through a gate that will lead you to a parking area. There, you will find the yellow courtesy shuttle from Centauro Rent a Car, which passes every 10-15 minutes.

Drop-off Instructions

Received brand new car with 100km on the clock, fully loaded. Staff very nice and polite, first time someone havent tried to sell me extra insurance. Pick up - i was scared by lot of people leaving cars but all went smooth. Fully recomended

空港からのシャトルバスを見つけるのにわかりにくく、手間取りました。また、事務所に着きシャトルを降ろされ、受付では混乱状態で、他のお客さん達でごった返していました。何処でどのように待てばいいのか、案内がわかりにくく、皆さん困惑していました。スタッフの要領が悪いのか3時間以上待たされました。唯一、トイレがあったことは助かりました。私達に対応してくれたスタッフは、明るく、とても感じが良かったしスムーズに手続が終わりました(10分程)。結局ホテルに着いたときには、食事の時間は終わっていて、レセプトの方の計らいで夜食にありつけたものの、10分で食堂は閉まってしまうという慌ただしい事になってしまいました。

When we arrived at the rental location at the reserved time, we had to wait for 2-3 hours, and the car we received was only 60% full on fuel. No one informed us that we didn’t need to return the car with a full tank. We ended up refueling it fully upon return and our request for a refund of the difference was denied. Future renters, be extra cautious.

When picking up the car, you have to inspect it yourself as no one accompanies you for the inspection. If you miss any issues and they are found when you return the car, it’s your responsibility. They do not accept photos taken during pickup. We suffered from this as the inspector at return immediately pointed to a very hidden scratch on the bottom of the front bumper and demanded we pay 225 euros for it. The scratch was extremely small and could not be noticed during inspection or while driving. We suspect they are trying to scam us. Make sure to thoroughly check the car, including the bottom, when renting.
