The service is quite professional, but the garage was a bit dark during pickup, and the rental company staff was somewhat careless during the car inspection.

I picked up the car early in the morning, no line. My English is not very good, but the staff was very patient and friendly. However, I was a bit disappointed with the car I received; it was not the JEEP I saw in the photos when booking, nor was there a free upgrade. When I rented from Alamo, the cars were always good, and I even got a free upgrade once. Also, this company doesn't offer free GPS, so I rented one from the rental service, but it wasn't as good as the free GPS I got when renting from Alamo.
