I pre-selected a vehicle but was only informed it wasn't available when I reached the counter. I wonder why I wasn't notified earlier. There were also limited similar models available. Avis should inform me earlier when they find the car is out of stock.

The car provided was a Kia. The cleanliness was mediocre and the vehicle was not in good condition. Renting a car in the US is just bad; they always overcharge, and pursuing refunds after returning home is a hassle!
