Drop-off Instructions

The default return location is the Narita store. After returning the car to the store, the staff will arrange for you to be taken to Narita Airport. If you need to return the car outside of the designated location, please inform the customer service in advance. This situation may incur additional fees for off-site pick-up and drop-off. Driver's License Requirements

The main driver and any additional drivers must provide a full physical driving licence with no major endorsements. The license should be held for at least 1 year(s).

For foreign renters, you need to bring:

Taiwan Driving License in China + Japan Translation

For customers with driver's licenses issued in Switzerland, Germany, France, Belgium, Slovenia, Monaco and Taiwan are allowed to drive vehicles only when they carry both the original license issued in the above countries/regions and a Japanese Translation of such issued by JAF, or foreign embassies or consular offices in Japan.

Original driving licence + IDP( issued under the 1949 Convention)

Only IDP issued under the 1949 Convention will be accepted. An IDP issued under the Paris Convention (1926), Washington Convention (1943) and Vienna Convention (1968) will not be accepted!

Full driver's license issued in Japan

Hongkong Driving License in China + IDP( issued under the 1949 Convention)

Driving License of the Peoples's Republic of China are not allowed for rentals in Japan
