Upon arrival at the airport and retrieving your luggage, take the tram to the Rental Car Center (the second tram stop). Upon arrival, use the elevator labeled PUBLIC BUS / OFF-AIRPORT RENTAL CARS to descend to the first floor. Exit and wait for our BLUE shuttle with the ONE SWITCH logo in the PICK UP area and will pick you up there and will take you to our offices where we will perform the corresponding procedures and be ready for your trip. Our shuttles run every 15 minutes.
