Pick-up Instructions

The office is located at T2B, counters 61 and 62. T2 - exit the baggage claim area, turn left, cross the terminal and walk towards the train station. The office is located on the right side of the stairs leading to the train station, close to restaurants and pharmacies. T1 - exit the baggage claim area and take the escalator to the bus stop on the right side of the “Café di Fiore”. Take the green shuttle to T2B; the office is on the left side of the entrance.

Drop-off Instructions

Please return the car to the car return area in front of Terminal 2B. If the office is closed, please put the key in the mailbox outside the parking office.

Giving one star because there's no option for zero. The wait time was extremely long, over an hour and a half. The staff was very inefficient, and despite having three open counters, they were not proficient, so the line barely moved. Finally, they told me I couldn't rent the car without an international driver's license and asked me to negotiate with the rental website. I've rented cars in more than four countries and from the same company before without any problems. I don't want to waste any more words on this; I'll just consider it a donation to the Spanish road maintenance.
