Great service.

The reserved car was not available, but they provided a Mazda 6 of the same price range. The car was in excellent condition and very clean. Overall, it was a great experience. Europcar is a global chain with a diverse selection of vehicles. Since this period coincided with the local Eid festival, comparable to Chinese New Year, the prices were significantly higher than usual.

I experienced vehicle damage and had full insurance coverage, which obligated compensation. However, this company is extremely slow, taking over two months just to provide a document to the insurance company. Their efficiency is very poor!

The staff did an excellent service and took me down to the location of the car. Thanks to Mr. Mujeeb and Mr. Shihab for all their help. It was a good, relatively new and clean car. I was expecting a Toyota Yaris, but I got a Kia Pegas. Good.

There was a long queue after landing due to the large number of people going through customs. We were about 45 minutes late picking up the car, but the rental company kindly extended the time for free, which was great.

This is the worst vehicle condition I have encountered during my self-driving trips across several countries! 1. The interior is severely worn, as if it had been used for transporting goods. 2. The vehicle has 95,000 kilometers on it, is old, and even the rear logo has been removed.
