Unexpected charges at the time of the booking it was clearly mentioned that collision waiver is included. When I picked the car I was sold additional car insurance for €175 which was more than the actual rental amount of the car for four days. I was told I wouldn’t be given any vehicle unless I paid for the additional insurance for excess on the car. This was certainly not mentioned in the booking documents and process. I contacted QEEQ but no satisfactory reply was given to me.
The first interaction with the staff at Green Motion was really bad, the wait time was too long. But they try to do the best to help and fix the issues we've got on the renting process. For next time I think I prefer to pay a bit more and rent from someone else. Sorry Green Motion.
Rented from AVIS. The car was in good condition, with 40,000 km and 98 octane fuel. It had features like lane correction and automatic locking when the driver leaves.
The rental company's attitude was extremely negative. Our team needed to rent a 7-seater MPV. Despite having already paid for full insurance on the platform, we were asked to pay an additional €300 to pick up the car. The money was not returned when we returned the car, serving as extra insurance. Essentially, we ended up paying for insurance twice on the same vehicle. Additionally, when the rental staff saw that we were hesitant to pay the extra amount, they left to have lunch and returned 40 minutes later. They then left again for a 20-minute smoke break without processing our order, and upon returning, made us queue up from the back. This caused a delay of over two hours, making the overall service extremely poor.

The extra charge was non-refundable and taken as insurance, meaning we ended up buying insurance twice for one car. Then they stepped out for another 20 minutes for a smoke after not processing our order, making us queue up again from the back. This entire process delayed us by more than two hours and the service was extremely poor overall.

Some weird operations with blocking the funds - the blockage was cancelled during the trip and then thay have added one additional transation for 0.01$ upon return - so no cost for me, but just a weird feeling.

They try every means to charge extra fees. If you don't buy insurance, they'll add cross-border fees or other charges, otherwise, they won't process your rental. They know that in the end, you don't have the time to argue and have to accept it. If the rental platform can't control the car rental companies, it's better not to use it anymore, it's useless.
Fraudulent company, colluding with car rental service to deceive consumers. Consumers purchased full insurance through the platform and have already paid. During car pickup, the rental service, under the pretense of a deposit, unlawfully deducted around 800 RMB from the insurance without asking for the consumer's consent. The platform and the rental service shirk responsibility by putting on a show.
Car was very terrible, old and damaged also some parts inside has broken. I have never seen something like that, and even tough i have purchased super insurance package from QEED they did not recognized this insurance and charged my credit card as 1200 € in case of any damage and told me they will refund it if i deliver car back without any damage. I did it, i have bring the car without any problem and they said they refunded this amount to my credit card back but today is the 3 rd day and still the 1200€ has not refunded and when i call them they tell me now may it takes 10/15 days!!!! Unbelievable and they never told me this while checking and even i did not understand why i need to charge this amount while i buyed the super insurance package from the rental platform (QEED)!!! Still i am waiting and i am nervous about it. I guess i will never use it this company again
The staff had a terrible attitude and couldn't communicate well in English, even with translation software. Their attitude was vastly different from the Hertz staff in Florence.
This company is nothing but a gang of thugs. They never informed us that adding an extra driver would cost more at the time we took the car. We were told at the end that adding a driver would cost 60 euros plus other charges. Also, they changed the car to a Hyundai without confirming with us. The Hyundai has a low chassis and a plastic mudguard at the bottom. Montenegro roads are mountainous with gravel and uneven surfaces. When returning the car, they only checked the mudguard, which you can only see by crouching down. They found a scratch and scammed us for 140 euros to replace it. They also told us our insurance was incomplete and made us pay an extra 90 euros. In total, we were scammed out of nearly 400 euros. I've heard some people were scammed out of 1000 euros. Almost every Chinese customer gets extorted.
The staff pushed hard to sell me insurance after I already paid for it online telling me over and over about how they will find every little bit of damage. I did not buy the insurance as I bought it online through easy car. When I got back they bent down below the vehicle to find damage in a spot you can't see when you are standing up as I was during the vehicle inspection. I didn't cause that damage but they wanted to charge me. They said I could give them 150 euros now or get a bill later for much more. They are crooks who rip people off for minor damage that was already there.
The only issue I had was on the return when the agent pointed out a scratch in the paint that was the size of a small child's nail, saying this might be an issue of damage... But after talking to the manager, it was resolved.
I will never book an Avis car again. The counter staff gave a very intimidating and aggressive sell for additional insurance. There were only 4 in the queue and all had an argument over insurance and all bought it. Almost being told you could not have the car without it. Dreadful behaviour. I have my own excess insurance but was told in was inadequate.
Overall Interrent were ok. They did stress car had to be returned clean, which is acceptable and we were happy to do this ourselves. However we did feel pressured to opt for car cleaning fee before collecting hire car as agent explained we could be charged up to €60 if they weren’t happy with cleanliness of vehicle on return. When we did collect the vehicle it had only a cursory clean and the interior didn't appear to have been vacuumed and cleaned since last hire.
The car was good but still I have some comments: Interrent is a mediator with another company which actually rents out the car. In this case this was Europcar.
Like I said, the car was new and good so no complantis about that. However I did not like the following:
1. I had asked, immediately after booking, how much I should pay for border crossing and I was told it would be no more than 35 eur. However, upon pick up it was 65! When I expressed amazement about this I was told: Europcar is a different company from interrent and we have our own rules.
Moreover I was more or less pressed into taking an additional 'insurance' against 'bringing back the car dirty'.
I was told I would be charged 36 euro if I would bring back the car dirty.
Well, after driving around in Montenegro for a week the car indeed....will be dirty.
It was the first time I heard such a claim! I eventually decided to take this 'insurance' for more than 10 euro but next time I will drive to a car wash before bringing bacdk the car...or I would avoid Europcar alltoghether.
So I do not like a lack of transparancy...it is not clear from what company you will actually rent if you book thru Interrent.

The excess is the amount you'll only be liable for in case of damage(under Collision Damage Waiver) or theft(under Theft Protection) of the vehicle. Information about the excess will be clearly stated in the price inclusion when you reserve a car on QEEQ.
Q2. How can I add an addtional driver?
You are advised to make a request upon your arrival at the rental counter. Additional charge per day will incur unless '1 Additional Driver Included' is stipulated on the rental. Please note that the same licence and age requirement applys to the additonal driver. The addtional driver is supposed to present the required licence document along with the main driver at pickup.
Q3.What if I want to pick up or drop off my rental car out of office hours?

Yes. You can pick up the vehicle in one place and drop it off in another. An ‘one-way fee’ will incur. Please inform the car hire company of your drop-off location when you pick up the vehicle or contact them directly during your trip.
