Q1.What is an insurance excess?
The excess is the amount you'll only be liable for in case of damage(under Collision Damage Waiver) or theft(under Theft Protection) of the vehicle.
Information about the excess will be clearly stated in the price inclusion when you reserve a car on QEEQ.
Q2. How can I add an addtional driver?
You are advised to make a request upon your arrival at the rental counter. Additional charge per day will incur unless '1 Additional Driver Included' is stipulated on the rental.
Please note that the same licence and age requirement applys to the additonal driver. The addtional driver is supposed to present the required licence document along with the main driver at pickup.
Q3.What if I want to pick up or drop off my rental car out of office hours?
QEEQ will show you the car offers available at your chosen time on the search results.
However, pick-up or drop-off out of general opening hours may subject to an extra fee unless self-service pick-up or drop-off is available.
After you reserve a car on QEEQ, we will inform you of specific policy of the car hire company by email.
Q4. Can I take the hired car to another country or cross border?
If you want to pick up your car in one country and drop it in another, your search results will show you cars you can do that with.
If you're planning to cross any borders during your trip, bear in mind:
1. You may have to pay more.
There are often extra fees, taxes or additional cover you'll pay at the car hire counter.
2.It may not be allowed.
Depending on where you're hiring, you may not be able to take your car to another country.
Please email us if you want to take your hire car into a different country during your trip, and we'll talk you through your options.
Q5. Can I pick up my car at one location and return it at different location?
Yes. You can pick up the vehicle in one place and drop it off in another. An ‘one-way fee’ will incur. Whether it is inclued in the rental price or what additional cost may arise will be clearly stated at the time of booking on QEEQ.
Please inform the car hire company of your drop-off location when you pick up the vehicle or contact them directly during your trip. You will find a phone number on the rental agreement you signed at pickup.

I would like mention Most Horrifing experience in form of misguiding extending it to Threatening and extracting exorbitant charges. • I was offered an LPG car which was not booked by me. The host tried to fooled me by saying it was an upgraded version, which was not so. • On taking the delivery of the car, I mentioned about small scratches and dents to be put on contract. I was told don’t bother about small issues. • On return, I agreed to scratches on Bumper, which could be easily Repainted. My claim could be easily verified from pictures sent by host herself. • To my shock I was asked to pay 500,000 won, With an argument that whole Bumper needs to be changed., which was not at all needed. ( Proof attched Pics). When I argued to this unreasonable demand, she clamped further charge of 350,000 won as Non Operational charge. Having travelled more than 45 countries, never in my Life any Rent a Company has charged such unreasonable charges. When I further argued that this is not at all professional, to my surprise she threatens me to increase it to 1 million. She also said if I dispute, she shall call Police (You may check phone conversation from your record). Fearing losing the Flight, I paid. • I paid this unreasonable claim with Duress, as I was helpless. She took full advantage of my helplessness. Its not question of money. Its too small for a traveller like me. But it’s my utmost responsibility to see that my fellow traveller is well cautioned about such experiances, hence shall put all possible efforts to aware them by putting my experience on each and every possible platform, of course, with full proof and pictures. • Generally, a pre authorised deposit is taken by the company. It fair. Its activated only when some traffic violation is fined. Here they have already charged my card, without any violation. Hopefully, at least this would be professionally handled and full Deposit shall be refunded at the earliest. • I hope this experience reaches to the knowledge of higher ups and remedial measures are taken, so that companies image is name is not tarnised due to behaviour of single employee

Average experience. I left some clothes in the car when I returned it. When I went back to look for them, the front desk claimed they hadn't seen them and refused to help, even telling me to leave. Their attitude was very arrogant. Eventually, I found my clothes at their car wash area. Additionally, the car uses liquefied petroleum gas and has a large tank in the trunk, leaving room for only one suitcase.

The handover is done at the parking spot, so you will need to cover the parking fee yourself. The nine-seater vehicle sacrifices trunk space for a foldable fourth-row seat. When the fourth-row seat is unfolded, not even an umbrella can fit.

Picking up the car was very convenient. The instructions were very clear. Just exit from Gate 5 of the airport, cross the street to the car rental shuttle stop, and wait at the designated parking number for your shuttle. When I arrived at the car rental office, I was initially directed to use a machine, but the staff saw I was a foreigner and provided personal service instead. The efficiency was very high, and the car pick-up was quick.

The instructions given for where to find the shuttle bus were incorrect, so we had to ask another bus driver where to go. When we arrived at the checkin counter the receptionist was quite rude. Apart from this the ease of booking, the car and the drop off were great.

The supplier was OK Car Rental and never have I gone through such a quick and painless return process. Within 6 minutes we were out of our car, inspection complete, overfilling of gas tank refunded to us (wow!), bathroom break and Hop! On the shuttle bus to the airport. And the clerk remembered us from a week prior whe we picked up the car. It was excellent all around.

I rented a car on October 14th, and the Korean rental company held my deposit. It took two and a half months to get my refund. They promised to return the deposit within 1-2 months. According to my Korean friends, big rental companies in Korea usually return the deposit immediately after the car is returned. I don't know what's going on with this company. If I didn't call them, would they never refund my money?

After settling at the counter and walked to car parking area, there's no attendant there to assist you on assessing the car conditions and basic knowledge of the car function which is totally different from my rental experience in other country. The GPS installed is not easy to input data and we spent about 45 minutes to key in destination address (always says data not found) before we can drove out the car park. Suggest to have home address to save AngelCar address as that again, wasted us 15 minutes to finally found the address.

Car exceeded expectations. However during the car return. Customer service demanded much more money due to lowered fuel. But however the drive towards the airport requires passing through an island with no fuel top up station. End up paying KRW $10,000 for lowered fuel after negotiations.
