Staff were horrific. Europcar accepted rental for 11.30pm booking, arrived at 11.27 and the guy took as long as possible in those 3 minutes then told us we would have to pay an extra late fee, despite the booking saying 11.30pm.

Car was a Dacia duster which is very uncomfortable for 4hr drive. Seats are awful. Uses large amounts of fuel. Totally uneconomic car for a long drive. Car was full of paint scratches. They where not premarked on the rental contract. Took me extra time to go back and get them on the contract.

The place to pick up the car is far from the airport. They come to pick You up but it's not comfortable. But terrible is return. If You do it in the morning You have to depend on the person from parking. And this person is not a worker of Green Motion. The person was not helpful at all. I almost lost my plane. Terrible bad way to solve returrn of the car.

We were met very quickly at the airport and were able to pick up our car within only ten minutes. The service was efficient, polite and far exceeded expectations. The staff adapted to our needs with no hassle and we are really grateful for such amazing service at such a good price. Overall this was amazing value.

Wroclaw office is not on terminal but close and staff member will quickly collect from the airport. Member of staff I had was very professional and helpful

There is hardly anyone at the counter and You need to give them a call and wait, sometimes over 30 minutes.... The whole process is very quick.

The pickup location was not clear, and the car model was below expectations. The return location was hard to find, and there were no staff members, completely self-service.

Staff spoke good English which was very helpful. As it was my first time taking a car from Wroclaw Airport I missed the entrance into the Return Rental Car signage as this was not very obvious. I am sure colour coding the signage can help direct people if its their first time returning ALL Rental Cars not just Hertz.
