This car rental company is quite good and highly recommended. The guy at the counter spoke good English and was quite friendly. He recommended extra insurance but didn't push it after I informed him I had full coverage. The car pickup location is at a nearby station parking lot. The car was a new model with only 2400 kilometers, a FIAT500 hybrid, which was pretty nice and fuel-efficient, though it struggled a bit on hills. My dissatisfaction lies with QEEQ. Firstly, their app incorrectly located the return address at the company's rental counter, causing me to circle around three times in frustration. Secondly, QEEQ's customer service has significantly worsened since before the pandemic, which is disappointing. Your prices are similar to those of international websites, and I chose you for convenience. However, when I asked for assistance coordinating an earlier return time with the rental company, it would have been simpler to call them myself. Thumbs down to QEEQ.

This car rental company is excellent and worth recommending. The clerk at the counter speaks good English and has a good attitude. The APP lists the return address as the counter where I picked up the car, causing me to circle around three times without finding it, very frustrating; 2. Their customer service has worsened compared to pre-pandemic times, leaving me speechless. Your prices are similar to those on foreign websites; I chose you for convenience. Asking you to coordinate an earlier return time with the car rental company was less effective than if I had called them directly. A negative review for QEEQ.

They scam you with extra insurance. Even though I already bought insurance, they sneakily add another one in the terms without informing you. Once you sign, you're stuck with the extra charge.

Extremely slow and nitpicky. Everything had to be perfect. The contract was not in English, and the return location was unclear, we had to search several places and almost missed our flight.

It took a long time to pick up the car, but the return was quick. They forced us to buy insurance even though we already had it bought domestically. Both drivers picking up two cars were listed on both forms, and one was marked as co-driver. How can Driver 1 be the co-driver of the second car while driving their own? The rental company later helped me get a refund for these charges. Additionally, we recently faced another issue: we rented the car in February and received a fine in September. The authorization charge was not canceled, and we are currently in contact with the rental company.
