During the trip the car got a scratch. When returning the car the Budget Agent estimated the cost for car repair and we paid the amount x. The agent assured us that all is set and Both parties signed the return documents. One day later we got a message that the car repair costs will double to 2x. We answered that we do Not accept this. Not successful. Budget charged us the 2x amount. This is very bad behaviour and I will Never take a car from Budget again.

Poor service. The vehicle had 58,771 kilometers when I received it. I contacted the company about this high mileage and their response was that it was normal. I returned the car at 59,120 kilometers. The vehicle was in terrible condition, with noise and poor tires. I requested to extend the return time by two hours a day in advance, but the company refused. They stated that it would be treated as overdue and charged 208 per hour, to be paid in cash and left in the glove compartment. This is outrageous. Renting out a vehicle with such high mileage is extremely dangerous. Please be cautious.
