QEEQ changed my booking from Eurocar to Times. The Times staff was nice on the pick-up and drop-off but TERRIBLE with their flexibility.

Check engine oil warning light came on after two days. The gas station attendant helped me call the rental company to confirm the type and added oil. Feels like the inspection wasn't thorough enough.

Apart from one staff member in a red uniform whose lack of smile and stiff conversation made me somewhat dissatisfied, the other employees were very friendly and had a good sense of service. Moreover, the car I received was different from the one I booked, and the store didn’t explain this when I picked up the car. It wasn’t until I returned the car and inquired that the staff said it was because the original model didn't have snow tires, so they replaced it with one that did. I bought insurance at the store, but when I called to discuss return details, the staff initially claimed we hadn’t purchased any insurance. It wasn't until I insisted she check carefully that she realized we had full coverage. This is my experience feedback.

Car and staff were good and friendly. Good thing i booked and got a 4wd prius as i believe that is super helpful to drive in snow (without ice chain on wheels). Car infotaiment wasnt friendly. Ended up without music most of the time and only occasional radio every now amd then in the city

I realised the car was quite small and we were having hard time squeezing in our med size luggage bag. I requested to do an upgrade for a bigger car but was told I can't do that as I already paid for the car I chose during my booking. Was a bit upset as there are 4 of us and 2 are seniors. End up we have to force everything into the car. I wish we are allow to do upgrade on the spot. Or at least show us the car first before we pay for the balance as I was told because I make the full payment therefore I was not allow to do any upgrade. Beside that the customer service was good. They are polite and patiently answer all my enquiries eventhou there was a language barrier. They even make the effort to call a translator and explained to me in english. Thumbs up.

The pickup location is a 5-minute walk from the train station. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. We reviewed the documents and filled out the forms quickly before picking up the car. Returning the car was also fast, as they just checked the fuel receipt.
