Super friendly staff and very easy to find the car in the car park. Need to find the drop off key box - not very clearly marked. Overall good.

The Hertz staff added insurance without any explanation, and I only found out after signing the paperwork. They refused to refund it. Terrible company.

Filled the gas tank and returned the car at the designated spot, handed the key to the office without an inspection. When asked about the lack of inspection, they said it wasn’t necessary and no signature was needed. A few days later, I received a small bill without any explanation of the charges.
