The rental company provided a brand-new BMW 118 with only 480 kilometers on it instead of the originally booked Kia. The front desk guy was nice.

The whole process was easy and the staff on the counter extremely helpful. A designated drop off point would be easier or at least inform people they can park in any available space when dropping off.

The car pick-up process was perfect... The staff at the store specifically explained some special traffic regulations to pay attention to... Also mentioned areas closed due to a half marathon and a music festival
