Please follow these steps to reach the rental area, where a member of the Green Motion team will meet you and take you to the rental desk: 1. After clearing customs, exit the main terminal. 2. Turn sharply to your left. 3. Walk up the ramp for about 1 minute. 4. Cross the road at the top of the ramp. 5. Look for a gray and white shed?this is the vehicle rental area. 6. You will see signage for various rental companies, where our representatives will be waiting to greet you and assist you in getting to the rental station. It turned out ACE was not the rental company that provided the car. They had subcontracted to Drive-a-matic without telling us. The confirmation email had no real info about how to pick up the car. We went to the car hire office at the airport but there was no ACE or Drive-a-matic desk. Went back to the terminal and there happened to be a Drive-a-matic person there (luckily) who said they sometimes get bookings from ACE. They were expecting us on a different day due to ACE providing dates in US format, not the UK format used in Antigua. In the end they sorted out a car for us but they had to call for someone to drive us to their office, which was off airport and all of this took some time. In the end, the car was OK for our needs. The return process was much easier.
