After clearing customs, please proceed directly outside the airport. Follow the signs to your right till the end of the building, then keep walking straight till you see the car rental pick-up a couple of feet in front of you, and at that point you have reached the offsite car rental shuttle pick-up point. We first received an old and damaged vehicle. We had to pump up the back tire twice. So we called Europcar to make them aware of the issues. They provided us with a new car which was almost brand new. So great way to pick up the complaint! Thanks for the good service!

The vehicle we ordered for 6 adults and baggage was not available and a suitable replacement was not available. We ended up with having to take a 5 passenger vehicle which was not safe or legal. Nothing was provided for our inconvenience.
