The experience was very smooth and the staff in Guernsey were absolutely lovely! It was my first time driving British and they made me feel very comfortable.

The only issue I had was that I was charged for supercover,I had my own car hire insurance so didn't require it. I was told I had to have it. I contested this,I was told they would investigate . At drop off I was told the extra money was refunded to my card. The manager was very helpful and agreed it was their mistake, very happy with the outcome.
