The car gas tank was not full and the passenger side door did not open from the inside.

They charged me $259.22 when I picked up the car, saying it was a fuel prepayment so I wouldn't have to refuel before returning it. However, we only used half a tank and received a message on the same day charging us another $65.33. Our car was in perfect condition and we had purchased full insurance through the rental platform. Please verify and provide an explanation!
